Blockdeck ("we") runs the website blockdeck.app and the Blockdeck: Crypto Terminal app for iPhone. This policy explains what we collect and why.

What we collect

On the website

We do not require an account and we do not sell personal data. Our hosting and security provider (Cloudflare) processes technical data such as IP address and browser type to deliver pages and block attacks. We may use privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics to count page views.

In the app

Push notifications: if you allow notifications, we store your device push token and the alerts you create (for example "BTC above $70,000") so our server can notify you. You can turn notifications off at any time in iOS Settings.

Watchlist and portfolio: coins and amounts you enter are stored to show your watchlist and portfolio value. We do not ask for exchange passwords, wallet keys or API keys.

Subscriptions: payments are handled by Apple. We receive confirmation of your subscription status from Apple, not your card details.

How we use data

Only to provide the service: show market data, send the alerts you asked for, unlock VIP features and keep the service secure. We do not use your data for advertising, and there are no ads in Blockdeck.

Third parties

Market data comes from public sources such as CoinGecko; your personal data is not sent to them. Infrastructure providers: Cloudflare (network and security), Contabo (servers), Apple (payments and push delivery).

Retention and deletion

Alert and watchlist data is kept while you use the app. Deleting the app stops notifications; to delete stored data, email us and we will remove it within 30 days.
